Ciao, allora.

What this is. What it isn't.

It's a catalog.

Not a shop. Not a directory of UK stockists. Not an importer. We don't hold stock, we don't ship pallets, we don't run a warehouse. We maintain a curated list of Italian things worth buying, and we point you at Amazon UK to actually buy them.

It pays its way via affiliate links.

Every product link carries our Amazon Associates UK tag. You pay the same price you'd pay anyway. A small commission comes back to us when you buy. That's how the site funds itself, and we'd rather tell you up front than hide it in a footer.

It's opinionated, not exhaustive.

There are thousands of Italian products on Amazon. Most of them are fine. Some of them are very good. This list leans on DOP, DOCG, IGP, and single-estate labels — not because the marks are magic, but because they tend to point at the real thing.

It's not a travel guide.

We don't tell you where to eat in Naples. We don't list delis in Soho. We're interested in one question: what's worth putting in your basket right now, and which of these many bottles of olive oil isn't a waste of money.

The honest bit

Buy Italy! is run as a side-project of Tabaconda LLC, a Florida-registered limited liability company. It's one person, a keyboard, and some strong opinions about panettone. We are not affiliated with any brand listed. Inclusion isn't paid placement; it reflects what we'd buy ourselves.
